Roger Federer crashed again. This time at the Toronto Masters, in his first match since losing at Wimbledon.
He lost to unseeded Frenchman Gilles Simon 2-6 7-5 6-4.
Perhaps he was haunted by his Wimbledon loss and just has not recovered. He was disappointed by his own performance. But he says he will get ready for the Olympics and the US Open.
His Wimbledon final was really superb, and he can really do better. If he keeps on like this, his star is going to sink fast, as will his ranking.
